Hello Tiger Families!

 

Hoping to see you at the 11/13 Tiger Den Meeting, which is forecast to have excellent (albeit a little cold) weather for playing outside.  We'll be tackling the "Team Tiger" and "Games Tigers Play" adventures.

 

Here's what families should bring:

 

1) A bottle of water

2) A healthy snack (If you are able and have the time, please bring a healthy snack for your scout and enough for one other scout --- if you don't have time or don't see this we'll have enough to share)

3) A chair and warm clothing for the adult

4) A blanket for the scout to sit on

5) Comfortable clothes and shoes that are weather appropriate for running around and playing sports - it's supposed to be 50 degrees and sunny

 

Ahead of time, scouts should:

1) Think about why the snack they brought is a healthy choice, and be ready to share this with the Den

2) Talk with their family about the different ways a family is like a team, and decide on a concrete action your scout can take to contribute to their family's team at least once a week

 

Location:

We'll all be meeting at Capital-View / Homewood Park, at the northern baseball diamond (or whichever area of the sports fields is free if this is occupied).
